We are seeking to recruit a highly numerate, self-motivated, commercially-focused Accounts Clerk for our finance team
Duties will include:
- To ensure the company is aware of its financial obligations to vendors and service providers and to ensure that these obligations are honoured in a timely manner.
- To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to support efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts in the assigned
- To support the cash management, general ledger management and financial reporting objectives of the organisation while adhering to the financial and administrative procedures set out by the Company.
Qualifications & Exerpience
- Possess an Associate Degree in Accounting
- Have at least three (3) years’ experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrate high numerical and analytical skills.
- Computer literate with knowledge of accounting software packages, Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
- Ability to work outside of normal working hours, including weekends as may be required.
